Holding your heart,
guiding your mind
Haleh Nazari
I am an Iranian–Australian woman, a proud mother, a caring helper, and a heartfelt guide.
For as long as I can remember, I have felt the emotions of others deeply, noticing their pain, their struggles, and their silent battles even before a word was spoken. My instinct has always been to reach out, to comfort, and to help heal.
Alongside my work as a psychotherapist and proud member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I am also a graphic designer and an art therapist. I believe in the power of creativity as a pathway to healing, self-expression, and emotional freedom. Whether through words, colours, or compassionate conversation, my goal is to help people connect with their inner strength and rediscover hope.
Every day, I strive to gift the world one more smile — a smile born from comfort, understanding, and the belief that no one should have to face their struggles alone.

I also work with individuals who are supported under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), helping them access therapeutic support and creative pathways to wellbeing.
